Anthony ‘Tony’ Daniel Joseph

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Anthony ‘Tony’ Daniel Joseph at the QEII Health Science Centre on September 9th, 2018. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was the son of the late Morris Joseph and Lily (Boulos) Joseph.

Tony was an entrepreneur in the restaurant business and owned several locations over the course of time before his retirement. Throughout Tony’s illness, his family remained his number one concern.

He is survived by his wife Pam, children Tara (Jason McKittrick), Sam and Maggie, grandchildren Wesley and Lily, as well as his niece and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Freeman and his sister Julie.

Tony loved cooking for his family and friends, dancing, boating, and riding his motorcycle.

A funeral mass will be held Monday, September 17th, 2018 at 10am in St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 1725 Oxford Street, Halifax NS.

    To Tony's Family: I am sorry to hear of Tony's passing. I've known Tony since we all used to go to the dances at the Top Hat in Kentville in the late '60's. It was always great to run into him over the years at the Surf Club, Tapper's auctions and various events in down town Halifax and reminisce. Remember all the happy times you've had with him.
