I am so sorry for the families loss, I remember her as a sweet warm woman. People often touch the lives of strangers without knowing the difference their presence may have made. I have such fond memories of my visits with Dorothy. She gave me hope when it was needed to get through the rough spots in life. I have remembered her for 40 years. My life was better because of her, she gave me the strength I needed, with just her insight.

Mom I have lots of memories i will cherish. One of my favorite ones is how you and i would play records on the record player and we would sing so loud together, i was 5 and everyone else was in school & it was just you and me singing like no ones business. I still listen to records on a record player, hope you are too where you are at. I loved you my whole life Mom & will miss you dearly but am at peace knowing you will have no more pain. Love your Daughter Bombie

You will always hold a very special place in my heart. I have very fond and happy memories of the times we shared together in my adult years. We would talk and laugh half the night the away, do some serious shopping, and took a few road trips to the Valley where you'd show me your favourite places that were dear to your heart. I will cherish those times with you, but most of all I will never forget your big warm hugs and how they always made me feel safe. May you Rest In Peace Mom xo
