Obituary For Eloise Mae Frenette

FRENETTE, Eloise Mae—99,Three Mile Plains, Hants Co., NS, passed away June 12, 2024, in Haliburton Place, in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Middle Beaverbank, NS, she was the daughter of Clarence and Rachel(McAndrew)Smith. She worked for the income tax department in Halifax till she married. She enjoyed knitting, camping and hockey and baseball games. She was predeceased by her husband John of 60 years as well as her brothers and sisters. She is survived by children, Avis(Dave)Blenkhorn, Greg and Fred Frenette, Paula(David)Ferran, George(Dawn)Hamilton, Mike(Crystal)Hamilton; grandchildren, Ian(Sonia), Lori(Scott), Rhianna(Travis), Allyson, Carly, Andrew(Emily), Emmett(Mickey) and Lucus; great-grandchildren, William, Ryan, Callum, Tyler, Eli, Natalya, Logan, Emory, Lucy, Hayes, Grayson, Cheyston, Issabella and Howard. Graveside memorial service will be held 2:00PM Friday, June 28 at Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the IWK Health Centre Foundation.

    Beth Eloise McBrine

    I introduced myself to Eloise when my husband Ken become a resident of Haliburton Place. We shared the name Eloise (my middle name) and this sparked a conversation. She always liked to sing along when the musical guests would perform for the residents and was a lovely lady in a beautiful lilac sweater. Please accept my condolences. Beth McBrine

    Our condolences to all of the Frenette Family. John and Loidy were great neighbours at Molega Lake. We had many great visits while they were living here. Al and Gail Moore
