Obituary For Geraldine Grace Power (Murphy)

Power (Murphy) Geraldine, Grace, 83 yrs passed away Nov 28th 2017 at the Dartmouth General. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 63 years Charles (Pat) Power and their six boys Pat (Jean), Ted (Laura), Phillip (Wendy), Steven and Harold. She was predeceased by her son Danny in 1998, her 4 sisters and 3 brothers.

Geraldine was a kindred soul, loved by everyone she met. Pat and the 6 boys were her whole world along with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Thank you to Jo (Joanne Tracy) for being her close friend and confident.

As per Geraldine’s living request she will be cremated and there will be no service, visitation or flowers. Just keep her in your heart and prayers.

    Aunt Geraldine was a very special lady ! Loved by us all. We all loved her Christmas tree ornaments and gifts and presents she shared with us. The smile on her face when speaking of her sons, grandchildren and family would light up a room. She was kind and caring. She will be missed by us all. Hugs to Uncle Pat and her boys. Love Paul, Donna and family xox
