Obituary For Nancy (Mellish) Wicks

Nancy passed away peacefully on August 24.

Nancy loved spending time in Cape Breton, fishing with her dogs and enjoying the outdoors. She enjoyed making puzzles, playing bingo and was an avid reader.

Nancy loved animals with all her heart, but most of all loved her beagles.

She is survived by her husband Marvin Wicks, son Carson"Sonny" Wicks (Monica), grandson Anthony (Katy), granddaughter Amanda (Brendon), great-grandson Vincent, Sister Diane Wingo, nephew Jason (Sabrina), and numerous nephews and nieces, and her beloved beagle Dixie.

Cremation has taken place, with funeral services to follow at a later date.

Thank you to Dr. Moriarty, Dr. Trites, Dr. Wilkie, Dr. Helyer, Dr. Richardson and Dr. Adeniji .

Special thanks to the kind Doctors' and nurses of 4 West at the Dartmouth General for their compassionate care.
