Neil and Wendy, Kathleen, Faye and Paris; Our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your father ( Neil/Wendy) and your brother (Kathleen, Faye and Paris). I have many wonderful memories of my uncle Neil - as a young boy, I fondly remember Neil and Paris as young men in the reservists. If memory serves me correct, they both played the trumpet, I would laugh so hard at their practice sessions, which got me chased from their room. When I went to basketball camps in Hfx, I would always stay with Neil. He would always tell me the most outrageous stories - true or false, they were emblematic of his lighthearted character. My dad, Bill (Neil's older brother) would often visit Neil and family. They enjoyed going to the Legion to share a pint and reminisce. Dad would always enjoy these trips and inform me that Neil would always ask about me ... To Neil's family and friends - may the good memories outlast your sadness and loss. - W. G. (Bill) Reid
