Reta Mae Cameron (nee Elliott) passed away at home, Timerblea, N.S. Saturday, November 4th at the age of 97 years.

Reta was the daughter of James William Elliott 1886-1939 and Catherine Elizabeth (Bogle) Elliott and is survived by sons, Roger (Judy) Pointe Claire, Quebec; Gary (Norma) River Glade, NB, Catherine (Kay) Swim, Kamloops BC,; three great-great grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, seven grandchildren, many loved nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her husband, Raleigh Karl Cameron and brothers, Charlie, Walter, Victor, Parker, Weldon, Winston and sisters Hazel, Ethel and Edna , who passed away exactly 42 years earlier on the same day as Reta.

Reta was the longest living person of their Elliott Clan. An adherent of St. James United Church, Peticodiac and proud to be a 'lifetime' member of the UCW whose members she cherished for their friendship and fellowship.

In keeping with Reta's wishes, a memorial service will be held at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106, Salisbury, NB at 11 AM on Friday, November 10th. As you know, she would want you to enjoy conversation and companionship over a cup of tea and a sweet which will follow the service.
