Obituary For Leslie Peverill

Leslie "Lester" Murray Peverill, 75, of Mount Uniacke sadly left us on August 14, 2024. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 53 years, Marilyn (Morse). His three children, Sharon (Sackville), Kimberly (Mt. Uniacke) & Murray (Sackville). Grandchildren, Mitchel, Andrew, Bradley & Haley. Great Grandchildren, Ace & Scarlett. Brother, Philip Peverill (Rawdon)

Predeceased by his mother, Nola Evangeline (Harpell), father, Clifford "Pete" Earle Peverill, and brother Paul Peverill.

His passion for his family was only matched by his love of his lifelong work of building homes and playing pool. He was known as a pioneer of the R2000 home and was a proud member of the Canadian Home Builders' Association since its inception in 1981. He was also a proud member of the Metro Pool League for 50+ years. Nothing stopped him from his league night or tournaments. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no service. Also, at the family's request, please, no flowers or donations.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

I remember your dad's good cheer and humour from when I was just a young fella and onward. He worked on my sister Adriane's house with my crusty hard ass old man and Donnie and I also! Condolences and remember all the good times to all the Peverill clan. God bless 🙏

He will be misses. I would see him and talk for ages about the projects he was on. The first to use up to date building methods, he was always proud of what he built.
