Obituary For Neil Edwin Densmore

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Neil Edwin Densmore on March 20th 2025.

Born in Halifax Nova Scotia on December 1972.

Neil is predeceased by his daughter Grace Densmore, nephew Jack Densmore, and father Wayne Densmore.

Neil is survived by his son Noah Snyder (mom Jodi), his mother Jan, his sister Margaret, and brothers Matthew, Keith, and Robbie, as well as his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Neil lived in Montreal for an early part of his childhood, before moving to New Germany, NS, where he would meet his second family the Snyders. He volunteered with the local fire department, worked as an ambulance attendant, before working at King of Donairs on King St, taking over the business himself.

Neil had lots of family in the Halifax area, and after moving back and forth between there and the south shore, he finally put down roots in HRM.

Neil started working as an electrician for Maritime Demolition, where he would stay until passing, growing a special bond with his coworkers, and his boss Ross Rhyno.

Neil was known for his ridiculous humor, love of New England Patriots, and of course, Pepsi.

He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.

Cremation has taken place. Celebration of life will be held on April 5th at 2pm at the Wooden Monkey, 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth NS.

Donations can be made to the IWK NICU.
