Obituary For Tom Maclean

Tom Maclean born in Dartmouth May 4th 1948 passed away April 27th from cancer in the Dartmouth General Hospital surrounded by family. He was the eldest son of the late Isabel (Davison) and William MacLean. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Treva (MacKay), his daughter Sarah (Travis West) and his granddaughter Madison, His brother Bill and his sister Peggy (Bruce MacDonald) his niece Beth and her daughter Leeila and his niece Janice and her family as well as numerous cousins and nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his daughter Kerry (John Kaiser).

He was a hardworking family man with a great sense of humor and always had a story to tell. He will be missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at ST. Andrews Church hall, Lock's road, Dartmouth on May 11, 2024 from 2-4 PM.

    My fondest memories of Tom is how he was always late picking Treva and Sarah (and sometimes me lol) from Girl Guide events. But he would always be there with a smile on his face. So I take back my original remark and say it is his smile and generosity that I will remember the most. Heartfelt thoughts for Treva Sarah and family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
