Obituary For Bernard Bailey

Bernard Bailey (Bernie) 81 passed away at Dartmouth General Hosp on June 24/2023

Born in Woodside and predeceased by his parents Phil and Katherine Horne Bailey) and brother Robert Horne. Bernie is survived by his wife Elizabeth Young and ex-wife Judy Espisito and his loving children, Kimberly Bailey Reid (daughter), and Robert Bailey (son) and grandchildren, Micheal Reid, Darrell Bailey (Ashley), Darlene Bailey (tanner). Great grandchildren, Emma Bailey, Colin Bailey and Oliver Mcmahon.

Bernie is also survived by brothers Tom Horne (Sherry) of Eastern Passage, Darrell Horne of Dartmouth and sisters Mona (Calgary), Cristine Hudak (Carl of Cow Bay) and many nieces and Bernie was truly loved by all and his special girls Billie Jo Walker, Alicia MacMillan, and our little special girl Abbie MacMillan.

The Family would like to give Special thanks to the Doctors and Staff of the ICU Dartmouth General Hospital.

    Bernie was on of a kind and loved long drives in the country with wife Liz and so proud of his children who he loved unconditionally! We spoke at least once a month over the years and will miss the chats. Loved all his grandchildren and great grandkids Saint Bernard was close to him in his passing! R.I.P. Bernie Until we meet again! Love Judy
