Obituary For Clayton James Buell
Buell, Clayton James: Age 85 of Porters lake passed away on April 13, 2023 after a 4 year battle with dementia.
Clayton was born in April 11, 1938, the third son of the late Clayton and Lillian (Ross) Hopefield, PEI. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Christine (nee Awalt) his 3 children; whom, he was so proud of: Andrew (Kathleen), Elderbank; Marilyn, Sussex NB; Scott, Bridgewater. Grampy to: Jessica, Jaclyn, Sarah, Simon, Sydney & their spouses, Great Grampy to: Madelyn, Alexander, and a great-granddaughter due in July.
Siblings: Ivan, Harry, Johnny, Velma & Thelda; along with nieces & nephews. Also missing his daddy, is his fur baby, Colby James.
Clayton retired 30 years ago from the HMCS dockyard, Ships Cabling Division.
We would like to thank the All the staff of the Magnolia, (Honeysuckle Cottage) Enfield, for giving Clayton such great care and attention. Truly, you are all Angels here on earth.
A gravesite service will be held at a later date

Sincere Sympathy on the passing of Dear Clayton... he was a Dear Friend to our Family ... we had many fond memories of visits from Clayton while living on Crest Rd. and later Mountain Ave..
