Obituary For Eileen Glover (Tighe)

Glover, Eileen (Tighe), 85 of Dartmouth

The lady with the beautiful smile passed away peacefully July 26, 2023 with her loving husband Don, best friend Joyce and stepdaughter Vickey by her side.

Born in Barrie, Ont. on Sept 25, 1937 Eileen is survived by her husband Don, children Mike (Esther), Gord (Judy), Sue (Pete) and Tom (Jenn). Her stepchildren Linda (Dave), Rick (Teresa), Gerald (Jackie) and Vickey (Spike), 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

We would like to thank all the staff at Glasgow Hall, Parkland Dartmouth for the amazing care that they provided to Eileen.

Also would like to thank her best friend Joyce and stepdaughter Linda for their regular visits.

At her request there will be no service with a burial at sea at a later date.

To honor Eileen please give someone a smile and a hug.

    Sue and family, I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I was always welcomed by her fabulous smile at your home in Wallis Heights. Sue and I would play dress up with some amazing orange shears, she never complained as we messed up the kitchen using Sue's cool easy bake oven or creating our own customized Barbie furniture. May your memories of her comfort you at this difficult time.
