Obituaries

Terrance (Terry) John Adams age 79, passed away peacefully at home on Friday August 4th 2023. He was born in Halifax Nova Scotia.

Terry was predeceased by his parents Ernie and Elsie (Smith) He is survived by his loving wife of 55yrs Carol (Robinson) , brother Robert (Bob) , sister Susan “Sue” (white) daughter Tammy (Brooks) and son Mark. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

He was a great son, husband, father and grandfather. Terry was a big teddy bear with a soft spoken voice , had a big heart and always had a smile on his face no matter what was going on even with his failing health in recent months. He always loved getting hugs and giving them as well. What set him apart was his sarcastic humor and dumb dad jokes. Terry loved his family and was proud of their accomplishments no matter how big or small.

Terry in his later years loved taking road trips , yard sales , big family meals , drinking his cold black coffee and loved his TV especially watching the Toronto Blue Jays. In his younger years was an avid outdoorsmen who loved to camp , fish and hunt. Also he really enjoyed family vacations as it was precious time with his family. Anyone who knew Terry was aware that he was a very hard worker and always did what was needed to provide for his family.

As per his wishes there will be no funeral but a private celebration of life Aug 26 2023 at the Good Shepherd Church 3621 Lawrencetown Road , Lawrencetown NS B2Z 1P9 at 2pm. Everyone Welcome !!
